FIORANI E C. has voluntarily adopted an "Organisation, management and control model" in application of Legislative Decree 231/2001 (the "Organization Model") on the subject of the regulation of the administrative liability of entities.
Fiorani has also adopted a Code of Ethics which identifies the guidelines suggested to all those who work in its name and on its behalf.
