  • Florian burgers
  • Leeks
  • Radicchio of Treviso
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Balsamic vinegar a few drops
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Nuts to serve

How to make it


Make the marinade

Prepare the marinade by mixing oil, salt, pepper, honey and vinegar. Cut the vegetables after having cleaned them, cutting them lengthwise and obtaining ribs. Brush them generously with the marinade and leave them covered with plastic wrap for 10 minutes.

Grill the vegetables

Heat the grill or a griddle well and lay the vegetables with the cut side in contact with the heat. Cook them for a few minutes and on each side.

Cook the meat and serve

On the same plate or in a pan, cook the hamburger, without crushing it or turning it too often: 2-3 minutes per side will suffice. Serve it with hot vegetables and walnut kernels.
