Fiorani pork salami 240 g
Fresh Trofie 400 g
Provola 250 g
Salt to taste
Grated cheese 40 g
Saffron 1 sachet
Extra virgin olive oil 20 g

Heat a pan well, adding a drizzle of oil only if you want.
Skip the sausage into pieces for a few minutes, to brown them well. Keep it aside.

Season
Put the Trofie in the same pan and cook them al dente adding a little hot salted water at a time and stirring often. Add the saffron. Season the trofie with the salami, oil and the provola cheese cut into pieces.

Bake
Transfer the pasta to a baking dish and sprinkle the surface with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated static oven at 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
