Asparagus and sausage parcels

  • Puff pastry 1 roll
  • Asparagus 1 bunch
  • Fiorani sausage 200 g
  • Oil
  • Egg yolk

Cut

Clean the asparagus and remove the hard parts.
Cutte la salamella in pezzi e fatela rosolare a fuoco vivo in una padella con un filo di olio, quando sarà cotta scolatela dall’olio e tenete da parte.
Cook the asparagus in the same pan until they start to soften.

Divide

Divide the puff pastry into 6 rectangles.
Place a generous spoon of sausage and 3 asparagus stalks diagonally on each rectangle.

Serve

Fold over the edges of the pastry leaving the tips and ends of the asparagus free.
Spennellate con un tuorlo d’uovo e cuocete in forno già caldo, a 200 °C per 12 minutes.
Serve warm.
