  • 1 Fiorani pork shank
  • Borretane onions 300 g
  • New potatoes 500 g
  • Pomegranate
  • BBQ sauce
  • Oil

Wash

Wash the new potatoes well in running water, cook them in their skins and clean the spring onions, removing the outer layer.

Cook

Put the potatoes, spring onions and the peeled garlic clove in an oven dish with extra-virgin olive oil and cook for 50 minutes at 180 °C.

Brush

Meanwhile, brush the pork shank with the BBQ sauce and, 25 minutes before the potatoes are cooked, place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes at 180 °C

Remove from the oven

Remove from the oven and serve while still hot.
