Ingredients

  • Fiorani Chianina tartare
  • Hamburger bun 2
  • Red onions 150 g
  • Cane sugar 20 g
  • Apple vinegar 20 g
  • Mayonnaise to garnish
  • Black pepper and salt to taste
  • Lettuce 2 leaves

Preparation

The onions

Slice the onions and put in a pan with the sugar and vinegar. Stew for half an hour over a low heat and allow to dry well. Add salt and set aside.

The bun

Cut the bun in half and heat on the hot griddle. Mix plenty of pepper into the mayonnaise and spread over the bottom half and the top half.

Assemble

Assemble the burger, add the tartare and close with caramelized onions and lettuce. If you like, serve with a gherkin or dry tomato.
