Full English Breakfast

  • Fiorani pork sausage
  • Bread slices 8
  • Medium eggs 3
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce to garnish
  • Bakedbeans 200 g
  • Tomato sauce 80 g
  • Fresh cream 1 dribble
  • Sugar half a teaspoon
  • Bacon or flat pancetta 12 slices
  • Roast potatoes
  • Mustard



The crispy part

Cook the bacon slices in a hot pan, adding a little water. When they are crispy, set aside. Toast the bread in the same pan, then cut into two triangles.

Cook and scrumble

Heat the beans with the tomato in a pan, adding salt, pepper and sugar. Set aside once thoroughly heated. Cook the eggs in a non-stick pan with the cream and salt, scrambling with a whisk. They should be cooked but soft.

Pan fry

Fry or grill the sausages for 10 minutes. Serve the English breakfast: on each plate put a couple of sausages, a couple of slices of bread, a spoon of eggs and one of beans, 3-4 slices of bacon, lettuce, a few potatoes and mustard.
