Philly cheesteak

Ingredients for 4 sandwiches

  • Cut of bovine Fiorani 250 g
  • Yellow peppers 1
  • Green peppers 1
  • Cheddar 4 slices
  • Sandwiches for hot dogs 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Evo oil 1 thread



The peppers

Clean the peppers and cut into pieces, then stew in a pan without any seasoning if not a little salt. Let them soften, but keep crispness.

The cut

Heat a hot plate to cook the cut on each side and just a few minutes. Set aside for a couple of minutes, then slice and season with salt and olive oil raw. Add the chopped peppers.


Cut the sandwiches and put them for 5 minutes in a hot oven. At the base put the cheddar, then stuffed with meat and peppers. Serve with sauces and baked potatoes.
