Baked cup roll with artichokes and potatoes

  • Pork cup roll Fiorani
  • Rosemary 3 twigs
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Evo oil 40 g
  • French fries 300 g
  • Clean artichokes 300 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Sage 2 leaves
  • Lemon zest 1 pinch




Bring to a boil some lightly salted water, and boil the artichokes for a few minutes. Drain them nicely al dente and rinse under cold water. Pat dry with a kitchen towel.

Side dish

Finely chop some of the rosemary, sage and garlic from which you have to remove the inner core. Use the chopped meat to season artichokes and fresh potatoes, mixing everything together. Add some oil, salt and lemon zest.

Cook it all

Line a baking sheet with baking paper, place the roll and the outline all around in the center. Put rosemary on the meat and cook for about 55 minutes in a static oven preheated to 180 º º C. Ready!
