Sushi tartare

Ingredients

Doses for 4 people

  • Fiorani tartare 200 g
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 spoons
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper1/2 teaspoon

For the rice

  • Boiled sushi rice 300 g
  • Rice vinegar 15 g
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon

For the sushi

  • Nori 4 sheets
  • 1 Ripe avocado

Preparation

Season

Season the tartare in a bowl with the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, mixing the ingredients well.

Mix

In another bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar and salt; add this mixture to the sushi rice and mix.

Roll out

Spread a sheet of nori on a sushi mat, the shiny side facing downwards, cover with the rice, leaving ½ cm free at the edges.

Create

Then place a thick strip of tartare on the rice and add the avocado slices.

Roll up

Roll the sushi, using the mat, close the ends and leave to rest in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.

Slice

Then remove from the fridge and slice the sushi into 2 cm thick slices.
Serve immediately.
