  • Ciabatta bread
  • tuna in oil
  • pickled capers
  • anchovies
  • eggs (hard-boiled, yolk only)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • frozen sautéed mushrooms or fresh champignons
  • garlic
  • fresh parsley already washed
  • fresh valerian
  • Sprouts (of anything, for decoration, NOT soy)

How to prepare

Grill

Grill the burger.

Prepare

Prepare tuna sauce with tuna, hard-boiled egg yolk, capers, anchovies, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

Sauté

Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with oil, garlic, deglaze with white wine, salt and pepper.

Assemble

Assemble the sandwich, with hamburger, sauce, mushrooms, valerian and pass on the plate to heat it and make it crunchy.
Serve divided in two.
