Savory muffins with salami paste

  • Fiorani salami paste 250 g
  • Flour 00 150 g
  • Wholemeal flour 50 g
  • Medium eggs 3
  • Whole milk 100 g
  • Grated cheese 80 g
  • Seed oil 110 g
  • Frozen peas 100 g
  • Zucchini 1
  • White onions 1
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Yeast for savory pies 10 g

How to make it



Slice the onion and sauté it in a pan without adding further condiments. Add the peas and the courgette, deprived of the core of seeds and cut into chunks. Sauté over high heat for a few minutes. Also add the crushed salami paste and cook another two minutes maximum. Let cool.


In a bowl break the eggs and beat them with the milk and the seed oil. Add salt, pepper and grated cheese. Sift the baking powder and the two flours, to incorporate them into the rest until a smooth batter is obtained.

Bake in oven

Incorporate the sauce of vegetables and salami paste to the base dough, to mix evenly. Pour everything into paper cups, placed in the muffin pan. Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
