  • Fiorani pork salami pasta
  • 3 slices wholemeal loaf bread
  • Sliced Fontina 1
  • Pitted green olives 2-4
  • Carrots 2-3 slices

How to make it


Compact the burger

Use a 10 or 12 cm bowl of pasta to form a compact hamburger from the salami paste, which you can cook in a pan or in the oven. Keep it aside for a moment.

Model bread

With the same pasta bowl, make two circles from the bread which will respectively be the base of the sandwich and the bear's face. From the leftover bread, also make two half moons that will be the ears. Lightly toast all the bread and stuff it with the burger.

Complete the teddy bear

Cut the fontina cheese to complete the ears and make the snout, in the center of the surface slice. For all the details (eyes, mouth and cheeks) use olive fillets and carrot slices.
