  • Fiorani veal and pork capricci 300 g
  • Puff pastry 2 rolls
  • Medium eggs 1 yolk
  • Tartar sauce 250 g
  • Salad to taste

How to make it


Roll out

Roll out the dough and cut it into strips, 1 for each whim.
Wrap the strips around the meat to create a bundle.
Brush the surface with the beaten egg yolk.


Arrange the dumplings on the pan, arranging them in a garland next to each other, and placing a ceramic bowl in the centre.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.


Serve the garland as a centerpiece or buffet, hot or warm: fresh salad in the center, and bowl containing the tartar sauce.
Complete the effect with a few needles of rosemary and pomegranate seeds.
