Pasta with pumpkin cream and sausage

  • Fiorani pork luganega sausage 370 g
  • Pasta to taste 320 g
  • Delica pumpkin 800 g of pulp
  • White onions 1
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cream 1 drop

How to make it



Cook the pumpkin and onion together in a preheated static oven at 180°C until soft, then blend them by adding cream, salt and pepper. Keep the cream warm.

Burn the sausage

Heat a non-stick pan well and burn the sausage inside, after having crumbled it roughly.

Boil the pasta

Boil the pasta in boiling water, but drain it al dente. Remember to keep some cooking water aside. Add the pasta to the pan with the sausage, pour in the cream and cook over high heat, stirring in a little cooking water. The pasta will be very creamy!
