Heat the oil, it must reach 175 ° C and not exceed them. Meanwhile, lightly beat the egg without adding salt or pepper, set the breadcrumbs aside instead. Bread the meatballs first by passing them in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
Now that the oil is hot to the right point and you have breaded the meatballs, dip 3-4 at a time to fry them: they will be ready in a few minutes, when the surface is golden and crunchy. Drain them on a sheet of absorbent paper.
Serve with mayonnaise
Serve the meatballs with a salad seasoned with salt and lemon and the mayonnaise enriched with a little concentrated tomato. Excellent as a main course but also as an aperitif!
