Burger with grilled peppers in oil

Ingredients

  • Hamburger of Chianina Fiorani skin 200 g
  • Peppers in oil 3-4 fillets
  • Lettuce 1 beautiful leaf
  • Spreadable cheese 2 tablespoons scant
  • Hamburger bun 1

How to make it

Heat

Heat a non-stick pan well and cook the Chianina burger, without pressing it, and for a couple of minutes on each side. Put the hamburger aside and keep the pan on the stove.

Toast

Cut the sandwich and toast it in the same pan as the burgers, placing the cut side on the bottom. It will take a few minutes.

Spread

Spread the cheese on both halves of the bread, then place the washed lettuce on the bottom first and then the Chianina hamburger. Top with the well-drained peppers and serve your sandwich with crispy fries.
