Hamburger with feta and avocado

  • Fiorani Hamburger 200 g
  • Burger bun 1
  • Greek feta cheese 100 g
  • Ripe Hass 1 avocado
  • 1 small ripe coppery tomatoes
  • 1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make it



Chop the feta cheese to reduce a part of it to cream, mixing it just with a drizzle of oil and a grated pepper if you like. Also cut the avocado, slicing it or cutting it into cubes. Also cut the tomato into slices.


Heat a non-stick pan or a plate well to cook the hamburger for a few minutes on each side. Do not crush it while cooking. Let it rest for a moment and, in the star pot, toast the sandwich cut in half.


Spread the feta cream on the bottom of the sandwich, first place the meat on top and then the tomato. Complete with the avocado and chopped feta. Close the sandwich and take a bite!
