  • Fiorani marinated pork loin ribs
  • Rustic skewer of Fiorani pork
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce a few leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil 35 g
  • Rosemary 2 sprigs
  • 1 clove garlic

Potatoes

Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges, you can also keep the peel. Season them with oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and minced garlic. Bake at 200 ° C for 45 minutes.

Grill ribs and skewers

When the potatoes are cooked, heat the grill well and place the ribs with all the marinade on them. After a few minutes, add the skewers. Cook ribs and skewers turning them several times until cooked through.

Serve

Serve the meat along with the lettuce, potatoes and a sauce of your choice: barbecue, ketchup or mayonnaise.
