Garland with mini-sausages

Ingredients

  • Fiorani Veal and Pork Mini-Sausages 300 g
  • Puff pastry 2 rolls
  • Medium eggs 1 yolk
  • Tartare sauce 250 g
  • Lettuce to garnish

Wrap

Roll out the pastry and cut into strips, 1 for each mini-sausage.
Wrap the strips round the meat to create a parcel.
Brush the surface with the beaten egg yolk.

Cook

Place the parcels on an oven tray, next to each other to form a garland, and place in the center of a ceramic dish.
Cuocete in forno statico preriscaldato a 200°C per 15-20 minutes.

Serve

Serve the garland at the table or for a buffet, warm or cool: fresh salad in the center, with a bowl of tartare sauce.
Garnish with a little rosemary and pomegranate seeds.
