Ingredients

  • burger cereal bread or black bread
  • 250g of spinach already washed
  • q.s. raisins
  • q.s. Pine nuts
  • 50g smoked provola in thin slices
  • 1 red onion
  • q.s. Red wine
  • q.s. butter
  • 250ml soy milk without sugar or flavorings
  • 50ml seed oil,
  • q.s. mustard (not with seeds)
  • q.s. salt
  • sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

How to prepare it

Cut

Cut the onion into julienne strips, cook in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, salt and blend with red wine.
