For the tagliata

  • 1 Fiorani pork loin tagliata
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard 1 teaspoon

For the BBQ sauce

  • ½ Onion
  • Garlic1 clove
  • Oil
  • Mustard 1 spoon
  • Ketchup 250 g
  • Honey 2 teaspoons
  • Paprika 1 teaspoon

Prepare

First of all, prepare the BBQ sauce: fry the onion and garlic in a pan with a little oil.

When the onion is golden, add the ketchup, honey and paprika and cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.

Now your attention to the tagliata: flavor with mustard, paprika and a pinch of black pepper.

Cook

Cook in a static oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven

Remove the tagliata from the oven and brush all sides with the BBQ sauce.
Return to the oven and cook for 5 more minutes at 180 °C.

Serve

Remove from the oven and serve while still hot.
