  • Classic Fiorani pork salami 4
  • Lettuce 4 leaves
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon a few drops of juice
  • Curry to taste
  • Champignon mushrooms 150 g
  • Loaf of bread 4
  • Salt to taste

Bake

Heat the garlic and oil well in a pan, then cook the sliced mushrooms over high heat. Sauté for 5 minutes and set aside. Season with salt. Heat a plate and cook the sausages for 5 minutes, turning them often.

Flavor and Toast

Work the mayonnaise by adding a few drops of lemon and curry to taste. Cut the loaves in half and toast them on a plate.

Spread the mayonnaise on the warm bread, lay the lettuce, and the mushrooms. To cover everything, the sausage cut in half lengthwise.
