Brown a shallot and the garlic clove, unpeeled, in a large pan with plenty of oil. Remove the garlic and pour in the tomato sauce, then boil for a few minutes over a low heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the meatball
Add the meatballs, cover the pan with a lid and leave to cook for half an hour over a low heat. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti and drain when al dente. Add to the sauce and mix well with a little cooking water, until creamy.

Serve with the meatball
Put all the spaghetti in a large serving dish, add the grated cheese and enjoy this tasty dish for two!

Wash
Wash the vegetables and cut into strips or cubes, whichever you prefer.

Pour
Divide the noodles into 4 bowls, add the pulled pork, pak-choi, spring onions and eggs. Pour over the hot broth, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with chili oil to taste.
