Remove the skin from the sausage and cut into pieces.
Brown the garlic clove in a little oil in a large pan, then add the sausage and fry, breaking into small pieces with a wooden spoon.
When the sausage is browned, remove the garlic and add the beans and tomato paste, mix well and add the pasta, mix together and cover with water, mix and leave to cook for around 20 minutes over a medium heat, stirring regularly, to allow the pasta to release the starch and make the mixture creamy.
Add salt to taste and serve while hot.
