Wholemeal sandwich with carpaccio and hummus

Ingredients

  • Carpaccio Fiorani 135 g
  • 4 slices wholemeal bread
  • Chickpeas already boiled 200 g
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Tahina 20 g
  • Lemon juice of 1
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp

How to make it

Blend

Blend the chickpeas with tahini, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, garlic. Once you have the hummus, keep it aside for a moment.

Toast

Heat a pan or griddle to toast the slices of bread on both sides. They must be golden and uniform.

Compose

Spread the hummus on two slices of bread, then place the carpaccio seasoning it with a few drops of lemon and salt if you want, then close the sandwich.
